The facts that led to this situation

Elia left Canada on August 10 in the company of her mother, on a trip subject to strict and precise conditions.

These conditions were never met.
The sole purpose of this move was to remove Elia from his family environment and uproot him from his natural surroundings, without any legitimate reason or justification.

By violating these conditions and the laws in force, the mother now exposes herself to legal consequences. Judgments rendered in Canada are enforceable and have been officially transmitted to Morocco's central authority (Ministry of Justice) to ensure their recognition and enforcement.
